CDI Global Iberia advised INDUSTRIAS QUÍMICAS KUPSA, a leading manufacturer of varnishes and paints, in the negotiation and the purchase of Carpo.

KUPSA was created in 1969 as a result of the entrepreneurial spirit and initiative of its founder. Kupsa offers high gloss pigmented finishes to be applied by roller with a surface hardness of 4H and a content of 100% solids. This avoids VOC emissions and hardly any product loss in the application.

On June 21, Industrias Químicas Kupsa sl formalized its acquisition of 100% of the shares in the company Industrias Químicas Carpo sl based in Mancha Real (Jaén).

Industrias Carpo is a respected company with a long history in the coatings market, particularly in wood varnishes and metal paints for industrial and professional use.

With this operation, Kupsa manages to improve its presence in Andalusia, having greater logistics capabilities and offering additional services to its current clients.

Kupsa is committed to the continuity of Carpo's activity and will offer its support to Carpo in all aspects in which its contribution is useful to consolidate and increase its presence in the Andalusian and Spanish markets.
