Experience & Qualifications

Mr Drouin is the managing partner of Keira Capital Partners Inc, an independent advisory firm providing financial and strategic services to private and publicly-traded companies. Keira is registered under “Autorité des Marchés” (AMF) and also duly registered in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia, as an Exempt Market Dealer (EMD). Keira’s team is comprised of former industry and professional executives who have a solid understanding of business fundamentals and corporate finance activities.

Mr Drouin has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and executive positions. After 12 years working for BMO Nesbitt, KPMG Corporate finance, and Deloitte Corporate finance as an expert in private and public financings and M&A transactions; Mr Drouin became the CFO and eventually the CEO of one of the largest upstream O&G process equipment provider, trading on the TSX, with offices in North America, Europe, Middle-East, South-East Asia, and Asia. Mr. Drouin is a Top 40 under 40 award winner and a 2008 Rising Star recipient of Oilweek Magazine. Mr Drouin holds a bachelor in commerce and a Master in Finance from “École des Hautes Études Commerciales” of Montreal. Jacques is also a registered broker dealer in Canada.
