Mergers

We provide guidance throughout the merger process, from identifying the right fit to addressing any specific challenges, ensuring our clients reach their strategic goals.

Some mergers are a union between two relatively equal parties, combining a sale and a purchase transaction. In other cases, mergers combine two or more parties, not necessarily of equal stature. One entity acquires the equity of the other entity, which subsequently ceases to exist. In both cases, the original shareholders remain after the combination. Determining the relative value of each share versus the other is crucial in the negotiations. CDI Global has extensive experience with both acquisitions and divestitures, many of which were concluded in the context of mergers, and we have the international expertise to achieve your growth and diversification goals.
