CDI Americas Meeting

The CDI Americas meeting took place in Boca Raton on May 22-23 for CDI partners and associates from the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Uruguay, and Guatemala. Our country managing partners from France and India participated along with representatives from private equity firms (HIG), international banks (Scotia Bank), and strategic growth companies (Heiko, Tecnoquimica) participated in the program. 

The agenda focused on cross-border acquisitions and divestitures in the Western Hemisphere with emphasis on key industry sectors including agribusiness, aerospace and defense, pharmaceuticals, energy, and technology.

In addition to CDI Global’s country managing partners and industry group leaders, CDI Global Chairman, Rick Sommer and CEO, Jeff Schmidt participated in the conference. Our guests included several aerospace and defense industry investors and outside industry experts.

CDI Global held a meeting in Vienna of its member firms in Europe, Middle East, and Africa in March. We hold our global meeting in Amsterdam in October at which time we will celebrate our 50th anniversary as the largest international advisor for middle market, cross border business combinations.
