CDI Global guides successful acquisition of PawPrints by Destination Pet

Destination Pet, headquartered in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is a national network of hundreds nationally located veterinary, grooming, boarding, daycare, training facilities for pets has acquired PawPrints of Vero Beach. PawPrints is a high-end best in class dog resort.

The CDI Global office of Boca Raton advised and supported the management of PawPrints, a Florida, based, high-end dog resort, in the divestiture process. Destination Pet a Colorado based leading veterinary and pet company with over 150 locations in North America and Canada.

PawPrints was advised throughout the process by Brian Sommer, Partner, Rick Sommer, Chairman and Paul Muir, Partner.

CDI Global provided an extensive search and approach of potential targets active in the veterinary and pet industries, operating in the US. We led the discussions with selected targets, initiated the process, from target identification, negotiations, LOI, through Due Diligence and closing.
