Experience & Qualifications

Murali Kadaba is a Consultant/CEO to Ingenium Spine, a surgeon owned Spine Company in Phoenix, AZ.  He is the Co-founder of Auctus Surgical focused on developing an innovative, dynamic, non-fusion solution for correcting Scoliosis in children.

He is currently on the board of Motion Analysis Corporation.  Previously he was a Senior Consultant to Stryker Spine, a global leader in Spinal Implants and Instrumentation based in Allendale, New Jersey.  From 2007 to 2014, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at CoAlign Innovations Inc., a medical device start-up in Redwood City, California. CoAlign Innovations was acquired by Stryker Spine in March 2014.

He was responsible for introducing AccuLIF Interbody Fusion Technology to the Senior Leadership Team at Stryker Spine culminating in the acquisition. He was the Director of Scientific Leadership and Clinical Research at Stryker EMEA in Switzerland and Director, Clinical Research Worldwide at Howmedica, a division of Pfizer Inc.  During his tenure, he designed and implemented both pre and post-marketing clinical studies on Hips, Knees, Trauma, Spine and Orthobiologics.  At both Howmedica and Stryker he conducted due diligence on a number of acquisitions.

Over 25 years, he developed strong relationships with leading Orthopaedic, Spine and Neurosurgeons as well as medical industry leaders worldwide. Murali holds an MBA from Columbia University, PhD in Biomedical Engineering from University of Kentucky and MS in Aerospace Engineering from University of Cincinnati.
