Experience & Qualifications

Over 20 years of business experience, including M&A transactions and managing enterprises and family office.

Katarzyna possesses extensive industry knowledge and a global network at the board level in business and real estate, media, biotech, consumer services, martech, healthcare, and new technology. In her previous business roles, Katarzyna managed a significant family office, overseeing capital investments and leading a publicly traded company. She supervised the operational and financial activities of companies within the scope of the undertaken investments. Prior to her family office role, Katarzyna served as a director at Ernst & Young, collaborating with both Polish and international capital groups.

Recently, Katarzyna has been at the forefront of the new technologies landscape, spearheading the implementation of innovative solutions within the healthcare industry. Her notable contributions in this field led to her nomination in the "Leader in New Technologies" category at the Businesswoman of the Year competition. Presently, she also serves as the Authorized Representative of the Board at publicly listed Synektik S.A.

Katarzyna graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Production Engineering, completed an Executive MBA at Koźmiński Executive Business School, and underwent Executive Training for Board Women of the Future at UCLA. She is also a certified auditor.
