Experience & Qualifications

Zach Sease is a Partner with CDI Global North America in the Scottsdale office.

He is established in the private equity community in Arizona and the surrounding states. He has acted as an intermediary between his private equity group clients and the business owners of targeted operating companies, often identifying the optimal acquisition target for each client, managing the outreach to potential acquisition targets and supporting the introduction and negotiation process between client and target. Zach holds a B.A. degree in Finance and Accounting from University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. Zach is a managing director with JD Merit and holds the FINRA Series 82 and 63.

Zach has assisted in the sourcing, negotiating and structuring of M&A, Buy-Side, Sell-Side and Capital Raise transactions across the banking, oil & gas, real estate and healthcare industries. These experiences have produced a unique and comprehensive network of colleagues and contacts who can assist in every stage of the transaction process, whether it be legal advice, accounting support, tax solutions, political connections and more. Zach takes pride in adding value to any transaction he participates in whether that be directly through personal contribution or indirectly through referrals and/or introductions.
