CDI Global Brazil advised Vadu Ltda on its sale to Dimensa

Vadu Ltda, guided by the CDI Global Brazil team, successful closed its sale to Dimensa.

Dimensa reached an agreement to acquire credit analytics platform Vadu Ltda for 40 million reais ($8.41 million).

Vadu is a fintech specialist in automation solutions, credit analysis and portfolio monitoring, which facilitate the daily life of companies that grant credit to the market, with more agility and security in decision making, and Dimensa Tecnologia is a technology company in the financial institution sector.

Through the use of high-precision information and cross-databases, Vadu automates and brings intelligence to the processes of prospecting, executing and analyzing credit, as well as monitoring post-credit. Its solutions provide information for decision making, such as anticipating possible defaults, monitoring the evolution of risk and monitoring focused on the portfolio's points of attention. The company currently has more than 300 customers among banks, fintechs and industries from different segments of the economy, and about 35 employees, who become part of the Dimensa team.

Dimensa, which is a joint venture with stock exchange operator B3 (B3SA3), will expand its services and products offer to its customers with the acquisition.
