CDI Global Italy with Industria Litografica Cartotecnica S.r.l. in the sale to P. Van De Velde Group

CDI Global Italy has assisted Industria Litografica Cartotecnica S.r.l. (ILC S.r.l.) in the sale of 100% of its shares to P. Van De Velde Group, a Belgian manufacturer of ecological cardboard packaging founded in 1935 and operating in 15 plants in Europe and Turkey.

ILC is an Italian company based in Lainate (MI), leader in the production of cards, stickers, catalogues, displays and packaging products in general. The company employs 40 people and reported revenues in 2021 of EUR 8.5M with an EBITDA margin of 16%.

P. Van de Velde Group, in addition to the cardboard packaging production, also manufactures packaging machines, supporting customers in the development of the entire packaging process. With this operation, the Belgian Group enters the Italian market with the aim of becoming soon a key player.

CDI Global Italy, with its international network CDI Global, supported the sellers in this cross-border transaction as Financial Advisor with the Partners of the Milan office Cesare Tocchio and Stefano Tovini, the Partner of the Belgian Office Marc De Clerck, and the Analyst Federico Belluschi.

For legal and accounting support, ILC has been also assisted by the lawyer Matteo Spataro, Partner of Studio Edoardo Ricci-Avvocati, and Mario Perfetti of Studio Perfetti Professionisti Associati.

The acquisition was followed for the buyer by B&C Legal and B&C Tax, with partners Maria Adele De Luca and Arcangelo Agogliati.
